Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more gochujang to the sauce.
