- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Serve the cooked beef and vegetables over a bed of rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more gochujang to the marinade.
- Feel free to substitute the beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
