Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and gochujang to create the marinade.
  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef until browned and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  5. Serve the cooked beef and vegetables over a bed of rice.
