- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
