A delicious sandwich made with leftover turkey and cranberry sauce, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread if using.
- Layer the shredded turkey on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add cranberry sauce over the turkey.
- Place cheese on top if desired.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
