Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread if using.
  2. Layer the shredded turkey on top of the mayonnaise.
  3. Add cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  4. Place cheese on top if desired.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
