Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, add the shrimp and cook until pink.
- Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven until golden brown.
- Top each toasted slice with the shrimp mixture and serve immediately.
