Description

Lobster Deviled Eggs are a delicious and unique twist on the classic deviled eggs, featuring creamy filling with the addition of succulent lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, then simmering for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to cool.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg white halves with the lobster yolk mixture.
  7. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
