A delicious low-carb version of the classic Big Mac, baked to perfection for a guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, chopped pickles, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Can be served with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
