- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the zucchini slices.
