Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove pork chops from marinade and cook in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Brush with remaining marinade during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
