Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup spinach (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, banana, matcha powder, protein powder, and honey.
- Add spinach if using, and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes to achieve desired consistency and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use plant-based protein powder and omit honey.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
