- 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
- Prepare the pancake batter by mixing pancake mix and water, then fold in the sausage, cheese, and maple syrup.
- Fill the muffin cups three-quarters full with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, drizzled with extra maple syrup.
Notes
Customize with different cheeses or add jalapeños for heat. Make-ahead batter can be stored in the fridge.
