- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning to the skillet.
- Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
