- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill or bake the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
