Ingredients

- 2 cups mulled wine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 package (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the mulled wine, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the fruit pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly.
- Allow the jam to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
Notes
- For a thicker jam, you can add more pectin.
- This jam pairs well with cheese and charcuterie boards.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
