A refreshing and easy-to-make no-bake raspberry cream pie that is perfect for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries, reserving some for garnish.
- Pour the raspberry cream mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with remaining raspberries before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter pie, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
- Can substitute frozen raspberries if fresh are not available.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
