Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Once boiling, add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
