A customizable omelet bar that allows you to create your perfect breakfast with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients
- Eggs – 4 large
- Milk – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice) – 1 cup, shredded
- Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach) – 1 cup, chopped
- Meats (ham, bacon, sausage) – 1 cup, cooked and chopped
- Herbs (parsley, chives) – for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set.
- Add your choice of toppings on one half of the omelet.
- Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and garnish with herbs.
- Repeat the process for additional omelets.
