Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until the edges start to set.
  4. Add your choice of toppings on one half of the omelet.
  5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another minute until the cheese melts.
  6. Slide the omelet onto a plate and garnish with herbs.
  7. Repeat the process for additional omelets.
