Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the cabbage: Carefully slice the head of cabbage into thick wedges, about 1 inch each.
- Oil the cabbage: Brush each cabbage slice lightly with olive oil.
