- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or parsley to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or pasta for a complete meal.
