Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  8. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Serve the chicken topped with the creamy garlic sauce.
