Description
A delicious and flavorful salmon dish coated with a crispy Parmesan crust and infused with lemon and herbs.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
- Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
