“Parmesan Crusted Lemon Herb Salmon: A Flavor Explosion!”


Description

A delicious and flavorful salmon dish coated with a crispy Parmesan crust and infused with lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon fillets.
  5. Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
