- 275 g Passion Fruit Purée
- 397 g Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
- 600 ml Double Cream
- 2–3 tbsp Passion Fruit Curd
- Passion Fruit Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the condensed milk, passion fruit purée, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
- Whip the double cream until soft peaks form using an electric mixer.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the passion fruit mixture in stages.
- Transfer the mixture into a 2.5-liter tub, swirl in passion fruit curd, and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
- Cover and freeze overnight or for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
Chill mixing bowls beforehand for better cream whipping. Use ripe passion fruits for optimal flavor.
