Description

A creamy homemade Passion Fruit Ice Cream bursting with vibrant tropical flavors, perfect for summer indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 275 g Passion Fruit Purée
  • 397 g Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 600 ml Double Cream
  • 23 tbsp Passion Fruit Curd
  • Passion Fruit Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the condensed milk, passion fruit purée, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the double cream until soft peaks form using an electric mixer.
  3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the passion fruit mixture in stages.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 2.5-liter tub, swirl in passion fruit curd, and sprinkle with seeds if desired.
  5. Cover and freeze overnight or for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Chill mixing bowls beforehand for better cream whipping. Use ripe passion fruits for optimal flavor.
