Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, lemon juice, and icing sugar.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional passionfruit pulp if desired.
