- 1 cup crushed biscuits
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, passionfruit pulp, lemon juice, and icing sugar.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional passionfruit pulp if desired.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, use fresh passionfruit.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
