Peach Hand Pies Easy Fry are delicious, flaky pastries filled with sweet peach filling, perfect for a quick dessert or snack.

- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine diced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix well and set aside.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the peach mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the hand pies until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Brush with beaten egg for a shiny finish, if desired.
Notes
- Make sure to not overfill the pies to prevent bursting during frying.
- These can be served warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
