- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with grease or parchment paper.
- Combine the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until smooth, then drop spoonfuls over the brownie layer.
- Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter with a knife for marbling.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, smoothing it out, and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
