Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and sprinkle pecans on top.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together granulated sugar and eggs until fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and milk to the egg mixture, then gradually add the dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter over the pecans in the cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
