Description

Peppermint Bark Fudge is a rich and creamy treat that combines the flavors of chocolate and peppermint, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner. Stir in peppermint extract and half of the crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
  • Feel free to use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet for a richer taste.
