Peppermint Bark Fudge is a rich and creamy treat that combines the flavors of chocolate and peppermint, perfect for the holiday season.

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner. Stir in peppermint extract and half of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
- Feel free to use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet for a richer taste.
