  • 4 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
