- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 4 packages (8 oz each) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
