A delicious and nutritious snack, these Protein-Packed Deviled Eggs are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
- Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix in Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
- These deviled eggs can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
