Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Soft Bread Dough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
  5. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto each square and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Arrange the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
