- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Shredded
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
- Spoon a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto each square and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
