- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
