  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 23 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
  6. Fill each donut cavity in the pan about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
  10. Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and sprinkle additional rainbow sprinkles on top.
