- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and cream of chicken soup.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Serve warm over rice or pasta.

- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
