Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the almond flour, stirring until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- Arrange the fresh raspberries on top of the tart dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the tart is golden brown.
- Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
