  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
