Reese’s Brownies Cups are a delicious combination of rich chocolate brownies and creamy peanut butter cups, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

- 1 box of brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of water
- 12 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well blended.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of brownie batter into each liner, filling them about halfway.
- Place a mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each brownie batter-filled liner.
- Top with more brownie batter until the liners are about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each brownie cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These can be frozen for up to a month; just thaw before serving.
