Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 12 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well blended.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a small amount of brownie batter into each liner, filling them about halfway.
  5. Place a mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each brownie batter-filled liner.
  6. Top with more brownie batter until the liners are about 3/4 full.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each brownie cup.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
