- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased pie dish.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl in the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
