Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Combine the heavy cream, sugar, milk, rose water, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until fluffy.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios, gently folding them into the mixture.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Freeze in a container for at least 4 hours until firm.
