A delicious and indulgent dessert combining the flavors of salted caramel and OREO cookies in a creamy ice cream cake.
Ingredients

- 1 package of OREO cookies
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup of salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the OREO cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cooled crust.
- Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the ice cream.
- Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once firm, spread whipped cream on top and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla.
- Make sure the ice cream is softened for easier spreading.
- Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
