- 1 lb sausage
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce.
- Once the sausage is cooked, add the honey garlic sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.
- After 20 minutes, add the sausage mixture to the baking sheet with sweet potatoes and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
