- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- This dish can be served over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
