Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, biscuit mix, cheese, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with a side of cocktail sauce for dipping.
