Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the sauce.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the cooked macaroni, shrimp, and crab meat to the cheese sauce; mix well.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
