Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and honey to create the marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli and carrots, cooking until tender.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
