Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked brisket, chopped
  • 1 cup beer cheese sauce
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped smoked brisket, beer cheese sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the brisket and cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
