Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs, flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
