S’mores Lasagna

Description

A delightful layered dessert combining chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers, capturing the essence of summer nights around a campfire.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared)
  • 2 cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a large bowl.
  3. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Pour half of the prepared chocolate pudding over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Spread marshmallow fluff over the chocolate pudding.
  6. Scatter half of the mini marshmallows and half of the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Repeat with the remaining chocolate pudding, marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  8. Top with whipped cream and extra chocolate chips if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare the night before and chill overnight. Can substitute with vegan ingredients for a plant-based version.
