- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the salted caramel sauce.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
- Drizzle the remaining salted caramel sauce over the cooled cake before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
