- 8 oz crab meat
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crab meat with hot sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
- Top the chips with the crab mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, jalapeños, green onions, and tomatoes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add more jalapeños or a spicier hot sauce.
- Can substitute crab meat with shrimp or chicken if desired.
- Best served fresh out of the oven.
