Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Korean ramen noodles
  • 200g beef, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated beef until cooked to your liking.
  3. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with grilled beef, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
