Description

Delicious and spicy lobster jalapeño poppers that are perfect for parties or as a tasty appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the lobster meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the lobster mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese dressing.
